Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy at clients' homes for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training from experienced BCBAs.

You will collect data on goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Flexible afternoons/evenings and part-time hours offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
