Job summary

Oxford Solutions is seeking a bilingual Pharmacist for a direct hire in a closed-door pharmacy environment. Onsite roles are available in Pittsburgh, PA; Pflugerville, TX; or Chesterfield, OH.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish and capable of supervising pharmacy technicians while ensuring accurate, efficient operations. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, overseeing data entry, and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• PharmD or degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• 0-3 years of pharmacist experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Additional active pharmacist licenses are highly preferred in multiple states.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, salaried position - 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday with rotating shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
