Job summary

Oxford Solutions is seeking a bilingual Pharmacist for a direct hire position in a closed-door pharmacy. It is an onsite role with openings in Pittsburgh, PA; Pflugerville, TX; or Chesterfield, OH.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish and comfortable supervising technicians while ensuring accurate, efficient operations. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, reviewing prescription data entry, monitoring accuracy and compliance, and coordinating workflow with the Pharmacy Manager.

Qualifications

• PharmD or degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• 0-3 years of pharmacist experience; recent graduates welcome.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy.
• Additional active pharmacist licenses across multiple states preferred.

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time, salaried position - 40 hours per week.
• Monday through Friday with rotating shifts between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
• Rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
