The position requires bilingual Spanish speaking, adherence to policies, and collaboration with ecosystem partners to grow share of wallet while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require an Associates or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer's share of wallet with PNC solutions.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by differentiating the customer experience and educating customers on managing financial transactions.
