Qualifications

• Associates or equivalent degree required; related experience considered
• Typically requires 3+ years experience; combination of education/certifications may be considered in lieu of degree
• Spanish speaking - preferred

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborates with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calls, service-to-sales, teller interactions, and lobby engagement.
• Educates customers on PNC solutions and leverages technology to meet their needs.
