The ideal candidate has 3+ years of health coaching experience, a health-related degree, and bilingual Spanish skills. CPR/BLS certification is required, with opportunities to lead group programs and biometric-based wellness activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of health coaching, health education and health promotion experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Registered Dietitian preferred; CPR/BLS certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish; able to pass oral and written assessments.
• Ability to work independently with a customer-centric focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face coaching and support.
• Identify education needs through targeted health assessments.
• Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Lead wellness activities and health-related seminars.
• Support site events and enrollment activities.
