Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills with at least 3 or more years of health coaching and health education experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master's preferred.
• Registered Dietitian licensed in respective state is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities.
• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to take an active role in their health outcomes.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities and group coaching.
• May perform biometric screenings (finger sticks, BP, body composition).
• Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing to drive clinical outcomes.
• Support health-related site events such as open enrollment and health fairs.
