Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations with ease, empathy and results aligned to branch goals.
• Develop and maintain connections with customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage the loan lifecycle, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on loan options and optional insurance products to ensure understanding.
