Job summary

Helping U Home Care in Bronx County seeks Spanish-speaking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our interdisciplinary team in home settings for 8-12 hour shifts. Candidates must hold a NYS LPN license and have at least 1 year of home health experience. Ability to provide ventilator, tracheostomy, and GT care is required.

Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; most of our patients have home ventilators.

We are looking for Spanish Speaking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of health care providers in home settings for 8-12 hour shifts. Do you have home care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses who can uphold our standards and culture.

• Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN) license
• Minimum 1 year home health experience
• MUST Speak Spanish
• Provide Ventilator (vent), Tracheostomy (trach) & GT Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care
• Adult and Pediatric patients
