Job summary

Helping U Home Care in New York is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to join our interdisciplinary team delivering in‑home care for pediatric and adult patients, including ventilator, tracheostomy and GT care. Shifts range from 8 to 12 hours with flexible scheduling.

Requirements include a NYS LPN license and a minimum of 1 year in home health; pediatric experience preferred but adult cases exist. We offer paperless documentation, respiratory training, referral bonuses, and daily pay.

Qualifications

• Current and clear NYS LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year home health experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred but adult cases exist.
• Provide Ventilator (vent), Tracheostomy (trach) & GT care.
• Monitor patients and report changes per Plan of Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in home settings.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans.
• Maintain accurate, paperless or electronic documentation as required.

Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; most of our patients have home ventilators.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of health care providers in home settings for 8-12 hour shifts. Do you have home care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses who can uphold our standards and culture.

Qualifications:
