Helping U Home Care in Brooklyn, NY is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to deliver high-quality home health care to pediatric and adult patients, including vent, trach, and GT care. We offer flexible schedules and a supportive interdisciplinary team.

We provide paperless documentation, ongoing respiratory training, daily pay, and opportunities across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Cases are throughout Brooklyn, with day, evening, and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Minimum 1 year Home Care experience.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Provide Ventilator (vent), Tracheostomy (trach) & GT care.
• Monitor patients and report on their condition as per patient’s Plan of Care.

Helping U Home Care is a locally owned, NYS Licensed Home Care Agency that specializes in providing High-Tech Home Care services to our adult and pediatric patients suffering from either a chronic or terminal illness; these patients usually have home ventilators.

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional interdisciplinary team of home health care providers for 8-12 hour shifts. Do you have home health care experience? We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and well-rounded Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who can uphold our standards and culture.

• Current and clear NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum 1 year Home Care experience
