Job summary

NHK Capital Partners and CMB Regional Centers seek a full-time Spanish-speaking Investor Support Manager to serve accepted Limited Partners, ensuring a seamless transition from Investor Relations and ongoing support throughout their investment lifecycle.

The ISM will manage investor touchpoints, monitor USCIS compliance timelines, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention, with on-site work in Rock Island, IL and hybrid options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or client management.
• Cultural knowledge or personal life experience resulting from residing in or personal ties to Latin America.
• Intimate knowledge of visa or immigration process, and experience with finance or investments highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Limited Partners once they invest.
• Address LP questions, resolve issues, and guide them through consulate interviews and USCIS filings.
• Maintain LP profiles and document key details in CRM.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations to ensure a smooth investment experience.
• Conduct introductory calls and provide LPs with access to resources and compliance docs.
• Monitor USCIS deadlines and guide LPs to meet requirements.
• Send quarterly project status updates to LPs.
• Verify LP documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule regular LP touchpoints and annual reviews.
• Solicit LP feedback and testimonials to improve services.
