Job summary

CMB Regional Centers is seeking an Investor Support Manager to serve as the primary contact for EB-5 investors, ensuring a smooth transition from the Investor Relations team and ongoing support through the investment lifecycle.

You will manage investor touchpoints, track compliance milestones, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention, working closely with cross-functional teams and LP stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or client management.
• Intimate knowledge of visa or immigration processes and experience with finance/investments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for Limited Partners after investment, ensuring personalized and consistent communication.
• Educate LPs on processes, timelines, and required documentation related to their investment.
• Monitor compliance deadlines and guide LPs in meeting USCIS filing requirements (e.g., I-829).
• Provide quarterly updates and maintain detailed LP records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations and NHK teams to address LP needs and optimize client satisfaction.
