Job summary

SS&C Technologies in Evansville, IN or New York, NY, is seeking an Associate Manager, Investor Services to lead a team of professionals handling subscriptions, redemptions and capital activity for institutional clients. You will mentor staff, ensure accurate investor communications, and collaborate with fund accounting, legal and compliance in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

You will drive process improvements, maintain strong relationships with clients, and oversee service delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar field.
• 6+ years’ experience in Investor Services or related field with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory capacity.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills with institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Investor Services professionals, fostering high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and capital activity.
• Act as primary contact for a portfolio of institutional clients and address inquiries.
