Salary DOE: $80-100K with excellent benefits

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inventory management within warehouse/distribution environments. Ideal candidates come from Amazon, Target, Walmart, or Home Depot distribution facilities, not from small/medium facilities.
• Proficient in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.) for data analysis and interpretation.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
• Excellent soft skills: leadership, interpersonal skills, team management, analytical problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Key responsibilities include inventory accuracy, strategy development, staff supervision, workflow efficiency, and compliance.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience required.
