Qualifications

• Eligible for LICSW, LMHC or other clinical license.
• Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to assigned client caseload.
• Maintain client records and produce reports for billing.
• Participate in treatment planning and implement client goals.
