Care Healthcare of Washington is seeking Spanish-speaking HCAs and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home care in Burien, WA. Flexible schedules and a 1:1 client-to-caregiver ratio support work-life balance while delivering personalized services to clients in their homes.

Requirements include Spanish-language proficiency, WA HCA/CNA credential, CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Spanish-language proficiency required.
• WA HCA or CNA credential required.
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks.
• Comfortable working in homes with pets.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers according to individual care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and daily care instructions.
