Job summary

Care Healthcare of Washington seeks Spanish-speaking HCAs/CNAs to provide in-home care in the Puyallup area. Flexible schedules and a 1:1 client-to-caregiver ratio enable you to manage workload while delivering personalized support.

Starting at $23.45 per hour with medical, dental, and vision insurance plus a 401(k). CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it is required, along with a Washington HCA/CNA credential and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Spanish-language proficiency is required to communicate with clients.
• Valid Washington State HCA or CNA credential is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, personalized in-home care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and transfers per care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients.
