Fluency in Spanish is essential. The role requires at least 5 years of USCIS case management experience and a valid bar license.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage USCIS cases including T-Visa, U-Visa, and other humanitarian pathways.
• Conduct client consultations and coordinate with sales/marketing for client experience.
• Prepare and review USCIS applications, meet deadlines, and coordinate FOIA results as needed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to support staff and collaborate on case strategy.
