Qualifications

• JD required from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school.
• Bar admission in the U.S. (Maryland preferred) or results pending.
• Exposure to immigration law via clinic, clerkship, paralegal work, or prior legal position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and filing of immigration matters across practice areas.
• Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, declarations, and other filings.
• Prepare and review immigration applications, petitions, and supporting documents.
• Assist with federal court matters including mandamus and APA complaints.
