Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration-related documents, including petitions and applications.

• Assist with client communications and document requests, drafting correspondence and forms.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and other law firms as needed.
• Assist with the department calendar, scheduling appointments and court appearances.

The Immigration legal assistant will support our attorneys in preparing and filing immigration-related documents and managing client cases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
