Advance Auto Parts seeks a General Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role requires deep knowledge of store systems, automotive parts, and DIY service.

You will manage personnel, inventory, and daily operations while upholding integrity and financial metrics. The position is exempt, with a demanding schedule including 50–55 hours per week, 5–6 days, and rotating nights/weekends.

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment with team management.
• Ability to manage store operations, inventory, and KPI targets.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for team development.

Responsabilités

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage Professional Customer relationships and action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, and schedule Team Members.
• Ensure inventory and operational standards are met.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety practices.
• Drive change management and diversity in the workplace.
• Provide DIY service and support per store needs.
• Collaborate with District/Region on additional tasks.
