Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our on-site clinical team in St. Charles, IL. This full-time position handles patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, scheduling, and front-desk operations to ensure a welcoming patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a medical front desk setting, proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience with Epic EHR. Orthopedic front desk experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a medical front desk or customer service role.
• Insurance verification experience is required.
• Epic EHR experience is preferred.
• Orthopedic front desk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in alignment with our Mission and Values.
• Perform patient check-in/check-out and manage paperwork.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect co-pays and balances.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with teams.
• Keep front desk clean, organized, and patient-ready.
• Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed.
