Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role in the St. Charles/Oak Brook/Aurora area. Responsibilities include patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, scheduling, and administrative support to the clinical team.

Epic EHR experience is valued, with emphasis on accuracy and warm patient interactions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a medical front desk or customer service role, proficiency in insurance

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in a medical front desk or customer service role.
Insurance verification experience required.
Spanish language fluency for patient interaction.
Epic EHR experience preferred.
Orthopedic front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients in alignment with our Mission and Values.
Check-in/check-out with prior authorizations and paperwork.
Verify insurance coverage and collect payments.
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with clinical teams and support staff.
Keep front desk clean and patient-ready.
Assist clinical staff with administrative tasks.
