Job summary

Orchard Robotics is seeking a bilingual Customer Success Manager to guide farmers in adopting our AI-driven farming platform. This hybrid role involves frequent travel to customer farms across Mexico, Latin America, California and Washington.

You’ll own onboarding, deployment, and training, ensuring a stellar customer experience as we scale. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English and Spanish, have agriculture/tech experience, and excel at communication while collaborating across sales,

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with agriculture terminology fluency.
• Experience in agriculture/agtech and a customer-facing role.
• Excellent, customer-centric communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own customer support interactions and resolve issues daily.
• Own onboarding, deployment, and implementation with new customers.
• Develop and refine customer training procedures for easy adoption.
• Build strong relationships with sales, service partners, and field ops.
• Conduct regular check-ins to ensure ongoing success and feedback to engineering.
