Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative on behalf of a leading international tobacco company. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support via phone, email, and chat in a multilingual, international setting.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Spanish required (C2).
• Good English communication skills (B2 or above).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good computer skills.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Minimum age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide Spanish customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Handle inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, professionally, and efficiently.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow company procedures and comply with all applicable regulations.
