Clover Health is seeking Certified Medical Assistants to join the In-Home Care team, delivering high-quality primary care for members with complex conditions in home settings. You will partner with Providers, gather information, take vitals, and assist with phlebotomy and documentation.

Requirements include CMA certification, 1+ year healthcare experience, BLS, and fluency in English and Spanish. A valid driver's license and EMR familiarity are also needed.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable with documentation in EMRs.
• Able to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
• Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
• Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
• Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure smooth, well-prepared visits.
• Support outreach efforts to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
• Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.
