Job summary

Clover Health is hiring Certified Medical Assistants for full‑time, field‑based home visits in Carroll County, GA. You will partner with Providers, assist during visits, perform phlebotomy, and help close care gaps while maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a CMA certification, have 1 year healthcare experience, and a BLS certification (or the ability to obtain within 30 days). A valid driver's license and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
• 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfort with documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs).

Responsibilities

• Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
• Be the friendly, trusted face during visits, aiding translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
• Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
• Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure well‑prepared visits.
• Support outreach to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
