Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in data collection, data entry, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Excel required; familiarity with REDCap, SPSS or SAS is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and consent participants; explain study policies.
• Conduct study visits remotely, in home or lab; collect data and biospecimens.
• Coordinate IRB/CCI submissions with PI.
• Prepare data summaries and reports for the research team.
• Train new study staff as needed.
• Liaise with collaborators inside and outside the hospital.
