Job summary

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Spanish Speaking Behavioral Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy across in-home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and track client progress with thorough data collection.

The ideal candidate holds an RBT certification (or is willing to obtain it), has a high school diploma or equivalent, and can pass a background check. Travel to local client locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

Able Minds ABA is seeking a talented Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our dynamic team! As a BT or RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Schedule and Compensation:

• Pay Range: $30 - $36/hour
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time slots Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Most clients located within 15-45 minute drive (your choice to accept or decline any case)
