Able Minds ABA is hiring a Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home, school, or clinic ABA therapy guided by BCBA plans. We offer training, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Requirements include RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable transportation for local travel. Prior ABA experience is a plus but not required, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
