Able Minds ABA is seeking an experienced Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in Woodbine, MD. The role focuses on delivering ABA therapy to children and adolescents using evidence-based practices, under the guidance of BCBA colleagues.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children and adolescents in a fun and engaging environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA(s).
• Collect and record data on client progress and development.
• Collaborate with RBTs, BCBA(s), and parents to ensure seamless communication and consistency.
• Provide assistance and support to families and caregivers to promote generalization of skills.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $30 - $36/hour
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week or Part-Time slots Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
