Job summary

Centria Autism in Tempe, AZ seeks a Spanish-speaking center-based Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. We value patience, compassion, and teamwork.

You must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to obtain CPR/First Aid and a TB test. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age with High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and a TB test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
