Job summary

Centria Autism in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Spanish-speaking Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized intervention plans and use evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and expect you to be patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and implement behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Participate in a supportive team environment and provide compassionate care.
