Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism under the guidance of a BCBA to implement individualized intervention plans and teach communication, social and daily living skills. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

You must be patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team. The role involves standing, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and you will help

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children following individualized intervention plans.
• Assist in teaching communication, social and daily living skills under BCBA guidance.
• Ensure safety and assist with mobility and positioning as needed.
