Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and value a patient, compassionate team player who is able to move and engage with children of varying mobility.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test
• Background check and physical moves accommodated

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and participate in comprehensive training so you are equipped and empowered to help each child.
