Job summary

Centria Autism in Corrales, New Mexico is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to work with children with autism. In this role, you will implement individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. We offer comprehensive training, and no prior experience is required. Ideal candidates are compassionate and physically able to assist children. The position offers a pay range of $16 - $23 per hour, with perks such as a structured career path and early wage access.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a preemployment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting children as needed.
