Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking compassionate RBTs to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings across the USA. You can build a flexible schedule and work remotely with licensing provided where needed.

You’ll start with two-month paid training, join a supportive clinical team, and access ongoing CEUs to enhance your practice. This role offers part-time opportunities and a path to growth within a nationwide ABA network.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required before working
• Experience delivering one-on-one ABA services preferred
• Comfort with data collection and progress tracking

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with clinical team to implement treatment plans
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices
• Engage families and foster a positive learning environment
