Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations across the USA. This role offers flexible scheduling, part-time hours, and immediate access to ongoing CEUs and clinical support to help you grow within the field of ABA.

You’ll join a nationwide team with a strong emphasis on professional development, collaborative supervision, and a supportive network of BCBAs and clinical directors who promote internal career advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
