What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in collections
- 2+ years of advanced-level customer service experience, including detail orientation and negotiation skills
- 1+ years of working-level experience in listening skills
- Ability to operate office equipment and communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in collections
- 2+ years of advanced-level experience in problem-solving and influencing
- 1+ years of working-level experience in decision-making
- Bilingual in Spanish
