Concorde Education is seeking independent Spanish language enrichment contractors to provide services for K–12 students at partner schools. This is a potential assignment, not an employee position, with opportunities varying by school, grade level, schedule, and resources.

Contractors may choose assignments, adapt instruction, and use professional judgment within site requirements. Compensation is discussed per assignment and generally based on completed sessions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish with age-appropriate instruction.
• Strong communication, organization, classroom facilitation, and behavior-management skills.
• Availability to provide services for assigned schedules and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Familiarity with language-learning resources, educational technology, or related classroom tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate Spanish sessions.
• Introduce foundational vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, listening, reading, and writing.
• Adapt instruction based on age, proficiency, and site requirements.
• Encourage participation through games, songs, and real-world communication exercises.
• Introduce cultural topics from Spanish-speaking countries in an educational manner.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate needs or concerns with Concorde and school staff.
• Complete session completion forms after each session.
• Follow school safety, visitor, emergency, and student-protection procedures.
