Job summary

Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to deliver Spanish language enrichment services for K–12 students. Positions are on-site at partner schools and vary by assignment, grade level, schedule, and curriculum.

Contractors may use professional judgment while adhering to site requirements and safety policies. Assignments are typically around 10 weeks with sessions after school, 1–4 hours per week, and compensation generally starts at $50+ per completed instructional

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish suitable for K–12 instruction.
• Experience teaching, tutoring, or leading activities with school-age students.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage behavior and maintain an engaging learning environment.
• Availability to support assigned schedules with timely communication.
• Familiarity with language-learning resources or related classroom materials.

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate Spanish language enrichment sessions.
• Introduce foundational Spanish vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, listening, reading and writing skills.
• Adapt instruction to age, proficiency, resources, and site requirements.
• Encourage participation through games, songs, storytelling and role-play.
• Expose students to Spanish-speaking cultures and customs.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate needs or concerns to Concorde and school staff.
• Complete a brief session completion form after each session.
