Job summary

Qualifications

• CT certification (023) or eligibility to obtain it.
• Degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare instructional resources and assessments that support the delivery of Avon Public Schools' world language curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, unit plans, and educational projects to support students' academic development.
• Provide differentiated instructional strategies and assessments and modify the curriculum to meet needs of students with IEPs/504 plans.
• Provide support to all learners who require additional help or guidance with academic problems and concepts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the building principal or designee.
