Job summary

Nintendo of America Inc. in Redmond, Washington, is seeking a dedicated QA Localization Tester to review in-game text and voice for accuracy, grammar, and cultural alignment with LATAM Spanish requirements.

You will report issues using the testing toolset, work with writers and translators to ensure timely bug fixes, and help maintain Nintendo standards across multiple localization projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of proofreading experience in high-volume QA settings.
• Advanced level proficiency in writing/editing in the target language.
• Experience in publishing and/or editing.

Responsibilities

• Check in-game text and voice for context, grammar, spelling, and branding accuracy.
• Assess localization for cultural alignment and regional nuances.
• Use bug reporting tools to document issues and verify fixes.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve test plans and tooling.
• Collaborate with translation and writing teams to ensure timely progress.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines across several tests.
