• 40-hour medical interpreter training within 90 days of start date.
• 2–4.99 years of interpreter experience.

Responsibilities

• Interpret for LEP patients, families, and visitors to ensure accurate communication.
• Serve as cultural and linguistic resource to promote patient safety and satisfaction.
• Document interpreter encounters accurately and maintain logs as required.
• Assist in addressing patient concerns and coordinate with staff to improve experience.
