Responsibilities

• Serve as primary representative of the Patient Experience Team.
• Liaise between patients, families, visitors and clinical staff.
• Provide language access services for LEP patients.
• Interpret requests including medical, demographic, and financial information.
• Document interpretations accurately and timely in the patient record.
• Maintain cultural mediation to promote patient safety and satisfaction.
• Refer concerns to appropriate resources and escalate as needed.
