Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is seeking a Spanish–English bilingual In-Home Therapy Clinician to support children, adolescents, and families in the community. The role offers a signing bonus up to $8,000 or a 6-week ramp-up period for new full-time hires to build their caseload.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Master's degree in mental health field (licensure not required).
• License eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience working with youth and families.
• Valid driver's license and daily access to a vehicle.
• Ability to drive to sessions, mainly in late afternoons/evenings.
• Access to PC and cell phone; monthly reimbursement.
• If MSW, obtain LCSW within 6 months of hire.
• Understanding of DSM and familiarity with diagnosing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong scheduling and time management skills.
• Bilingual encouraged.
• Citizenship work documentation.
• CORI and drug test clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and support to clients and their family utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide/Confirm clinical diagnosis, therapeutic treatment, safety planning and risk assessment.
• Coordinate care with Outpatient Therapists, Psychiatrists, Schools, DCF, probation and Medical Providers to ensure effective and progressive care.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Obtain Insurance Authorizations.
• Attend weekly supervision and monthly staff/ department meetings.
