Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, is hiring an In-Home Therapy Clinician to deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents and families in the community. The role offers a $8,000 signing bonus or a paid 6-week ramp-up, plus a flexible schedule and comprehensive benefits.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with schools and medical providers, and document progress while supporting licensure goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health field; licensure not required.
• License eligible (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience working with youth and families.
• Valid driver's license and daily access to a registered and insured vehicle.
• Ability to drive to sessions, mainly in late afternoons and evenings.
• Access to personal computer and cell phone, reimbursed monthly.
• If MSW, must obtain LCSW within 6 months of hire.
• Fluent English; bilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and support to clients and their families using evidence-based practices.
• Provide/Confirm clinical diagnosis, treatment, safety planning and risk assessment.
• Coordinate care with Outpatient Therapists, Psychiatrists, Schools, DCF and medical providers.
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Obtain Insurance Authorizations.
• Attend weekly supervision and monthly staff meetings.
