Cadence Education is seeking an Assistant DLI Teacher for its Spanish Immersion program in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on dual-language instruction for infants to kindergarteners within a Montessori-inspired setting.

Responsibilities include assisting Montessori teachers, speaking Spanish throughout the day, maintaining a safe classroom, and communicating with parents as needed. Requires CDA/Associate’s degree or some college coursework, and at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Native Spanish speaker required.
• CDA or Associate’s Degree, or some college coursework required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Play a supporting role in the classroom under the direction of trained Montessori teachers.
• Speak Spanish throughout the day to provide a dual-language experience for students and create Spanish lessons.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy classroom environment.
• Provide basic care and active supervision of young children as needed.
• Engage in positive redirection to children and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents as needed on routine matters regarding health and care of students.
