Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides in-person, telephone, and video interpreting in a healthcare setting.
• Translates basic written information as needed within department guidelines.
• Maintains relationships with internal customers and selects appropriate interpreter modalities.
• Interprets patient education, appointments, discharge instructions, procedures, and emergencies.
• Helps ensure accurate and culturally appropriate communication between patients and care teams.
